• Trade essays with another coven for peer review
• Silently read the first essay, do not write comments on the essay, just use the rubric to evaluate and record your score/comments on a sticky note- do not show to your group!
• Third essay read: the last person makes comments and gives a score
• Compare all three scores to calibrate and determine a final score for each essay, put sticky notes on essays before returning to owners
